Composition:
Toast, sausage, diced vegetables, eggs, cheese.
Exercise:
1. Slice two pieces of toast, put them on silicone paper and put them in an air frying pan. Break two eggs and pour them in. Turn them gently so that the egg liquid can be fully absorbed. Put them in an air fryer 170 degrees 12 minutes.
2. Sprinkle diced vegetables and sausage cooked in boiling water, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and fry in air at 170 degrees for 8 minutes.
Ps: Sprinkle some sesame seeds or chopped parsley before cooking.
