At the end of this year 10, Jiangmen Pengjiang Public Security Bureau received a report that there were suspected vendors selling poisonous bean sprouts in Jiangnan vegetable market in Pengjiang District.

After receiving the report, the bureau immediately dispatched elite troops to set up a task force to inspect the stalls selling bean sprouts in Jiangnan vegetable market one by one and send the collected samples for inspection.

It was identified that the harmful substances such as "sodium 4- chlorophenoxyacetate" and "6- benzyladenine" in soybean sprouts and mung beans sold by a group of mobile vendors in the market obviously exceeded the standard, and they were probably poisonous bean sprouts produced by illegally adding additives.
