Bean sprouts and tofu

Step 1: Wash the bought tofu and bean sprouts.
Step 2: Heat the oil in the pot, pour some Jiang Mo into it and fry it, then fry the bean sprouts a few times to make them shrivel.
Step 3: Then pour in the oil tofu and stir fry a few times. Add a spoonful of salt and a little water, cover the pot and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Be sure to cook the bean sprouts.
Step 4: Add some chopped green onion and you can cook. Although it is a simple combination of two vegetarian dishes, it tastes very good.
