Exercise:
The first is a close-up of dried fish in Mingtai. Be sure to choose dried Mingtai fish that has been peeled and mashed loosely, so that dried Mingtai fish can be easily torn into strips by hand and won't waste teeth when eating. If the dried fish meat is firm and not easy to tear, you can mash the fish with the back of a knife or a rolling pin.
2. Rinse the dried Pseudosciaena crocea, then squeeze out the water and tear it into strips by hand.
3. Chop garlic and cut parsley into sections. Coriander doesn't like taking pictures, so I didn't take them ~
4. Mix mingtai fish, coriander, garlic, sugar, vinegar, Chili oil and seafood soy sauce to eat. The dried Mingtai fish itself is a little salty, so it tastes just right here without salt. Try it while stirring, and add some salt if it is not salty enough.
