Preparation materials: 4 tomatoes, 3 small potatoes, 200g chicken, 0/onion/kloc, 2 teaspoons salt, 0.5 teaspoon sugar, 0/0ml wine/kloc, 20g chopped green onion, 0.5 teaspoon sesame oil 1 0ml oyster sauce and 400 ml water.
1. Shred the prepared onion and cut the tomato into pieces for later use.
2. Wash the potatoes and cut the hob for later use.
3. Wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces for use.
4. Put two spoonfuls of rapeseed oil into the pot and heat it. Add shredded onion and stir fry.
5. Pour the chicken pieces into the pot and stir fry with salt.
6. Then add wine and tomatoes and fry tomatoes in red oil.
7. Pour all the fried ingredients into the soup pot, add water and potatoes, and continue to cook after the fire is boiled 15 minutes.
8. Then add oyster sauce and sugar and cook for 3 minutes on low heat.
9. Sprinkle with sesame oil and chopped green onion and serve.
