Ingredients: shrimp.
Accessories: cooking wine, soy sauce, oil, onion, ginger and garlic, oyster sauce, barbecue material.
1. Thaw the frozen shrimp with water, drain the water after thawing, and take it out. Add ginger slices and shallots.
2. Add three cloves of minced garlic.
