Our Fat Bear’s favorite dish is one that I made specially for him
The ingredients are very simple and it can be said that it is a homely meal. . All the ingredients are readily available, making it easy to cook.
Ingredients:
Dried tofu (also called Qianzhang, Douchi in other places), green onions, secret red oil, salt, MSG
Secret red oil Oil: It was prepared by me after private improvement based on the recipe of an internationally renowned chef (my mother).
Ingredients: chili noodles, Sichuan peppercorns, white sesame seeds, aniseed (star anise), monosodium glutamate, edible oil (I used Northeastern specialty: soybean oil)
First mix all the seasonings Put it in a small bowl. My small bowl was filled with red oil before, so I didn’t brush it.
Then heat up the soybean oil in the pot and pour it into the small bowl. The various seasonings sizzle. The feeling is quite satisfying, the fragrance floats out with the bubbles, and the secret red oil is completed!
The last step: mix the secret red oil, shredded green onions, salt, MSG and shredded dried tofu, and that’s it! It’s easy to get started!

Main ingredients: 300g dry tofu;

Red oil dried tofu shreds

Fold the dried tofu into shape. Fold it in advance so that you can shake it off after cutting and mix it directly.

Put all the seasonings into a bowl and add hot soybean oil to make secret red oil

Add appropriate amount of salt and MSG, and pour in the dry tofu Silk
