Acrylic pigment can be diluted with water, but if it is painted on clothes and diluted with water, you will find that the color on clothes will melt.

You said that white oil is acrylic toner, and there are many kinds-shiny, matte, quick-drying and slow-drying. It depends on what kind of painting. Don't bother to draw clothes. Just buy the cheapest and most common kind of adjustment. The color adjusted in this way will not melt when applied to clothes.

I recommend another pigment for painting clothes-textile fiber pigment. The usage is similar to that of propylene, except that the color block on the clothes is soft after painting, and propylene is a little hard. But propylene has many colors, so it can only be matched with colors, and it is also easier to buy. The combination of the two is the best.

If you draw light-colored clothes, you can draw the manuscript on paper first, and then sketch under the clothes. This way, you don't have to make a draft on light-colored clothes, and the clothes won't get dirty.

If it's dark clothes, you can't see the manuscript under the clothes by the above method, so you can choose the white in the water-soluble marker to play directly on the dark clothes. Then the color sketch.

Be patient when coloring, because textiles are not as smooth as paper, but are made of interwoven fibers. When you color, you will feel very dry at first, so try to adjust the color when you color, and don't be afraid of waste. Dip the pen until it is soaked. I can't do it once. Brush it again. The second time will be a little smoother.

Another personal experience: when you paint, you will find it difficult to draw the edges smoothly. Therefore, I suggest you paint all the color blocks first, and finally draw a cross line, so that the cross line can cover the raw edges of the color blocks.
