As we know, recipe making can be basically divided into three steps: shooting, designing and typesetting, and printing. Let's make an analysis of these three steps first.
Shooting: Professional photographers shoot the dishes set in the kitchen according to the actual samples to reflect the unique characteristics of the restaurant. Generally speaking, large-scale catering enterprises with certain brand influence will do this, keep the original flavor and reflect the taste. At present, there are different charging standards for professional shooting in the market, some with digital cameras and some with SLR cameras; Some use lights, and some directly use natural light; Generally speaking, fees are charged according to the difficulty of shooting. My friend worked in 40 yuan/Zhang, of course, there are also hourly charges. A cookbook, the shooting cost alone is four or five thousand yuan, and the minimum is ten thousand yuan, which is very common.
Design and typesetting: arrange the pictures in a certain order, add some creative elements and edit them into a book. The charging standard of design depends on the level of design company and the requirements of customers. As far as design is concerned, some companies charge 30 yuan/a, some 300 yuan/a, and some charge several thousand yuan for a cover. The design cost of such a set of recipes ranges from three to five hundred yuan to several thousand yuan.
Print: Electronic documents will be displayed on the relevant substrate for easy reading. There are two ways of printing, one is digital printing and the other is traditional printing. At present, it is rare to make recipes by traditional printing. Unless it is a large chain catering enterprise with many branches, more than 300 copies or even thousands of copies are printed at a time. Most of them still use digital printing, and the advantages of digital printing as a menu are very obvious, with low cost, convenience, high speed and simultaneous printing.
So, in order to make a set of recipes, you may have to hire a photographer, run a design company and run a printing company.
