1. In steps A and B shown in the figure below, press the pull rod on the edge of the slot to move to the right, and then lift it up. Be careful when lifting the pull rod. Make sure to hold the lever when releasing.

2. As shown in the figure below, pull up the lever and open the CPU cover.

3. As shown in the figure below, align the triangle mark in the lower left corner of the CPU with the lower left corner of the CPU slot, align the notch of the CPU with the protrusion of the slot, and place the CPU vertically and stably.

4. After placing the CPU correctly, as shown in the figure below, close the CPU cover first, and then press the pull rod to lock the slot.

Note: During the process of installing the CPU, please ensure that the CPU is correctly installed in the slot, and then press the lever. Improper installation may damage the CPU and make it unable to run.

5.？ When the CPU installation is completed and the pull rod is locked, the CPU protection cover will automatically pop up, and the CPU installation can be completed.

AMD platform

(The following is an example of AM4 CPU slot)

1' First, lift the pull rod outward at an angle of 90 with the foot seat, as shown in the figure below.

2. Align the CPU triangle with the lower left corner of the CPU slot in the same direction, and place the CPU vertically and stably.

3. Press the lever, and the CPU is locked and installed.
