1. 2. Cut off the nails of the chicken feet, cut off the bumps and squeeze out the mucus, wash the chicken feet with cold water, add ginger slices and onion cooking wine, skim off the floating foam, add 2 pieces of star anise 1 geranium cover and stew for 30 minutes to prepare a garlic paste.
3. Boil the chicken feet for 30 minutes and take them out. Stir-fry chicken feet and minced garlic with high fire, pour in sauce, stir well, add more than half a bowl of water, boil, turn to low heat for 5 minutes, and collect juice with high fire.
Third, spicy fried chicken wings:
1. The chicken wings are half-opened, blanched with onion and ginger cooking wine, and fried in a pot;
2. Stir-fry until the surface is brown, add minced garlic and stir fry, add two spoonfuls of soy sauce and one spoonful of oyster sauce and stir fry evenly, then pour in a little water and stew for 7.8 minutes;
3. Add a lot of Chili noodles and cumin powder, add salt and sugar to the chicken essence, stir well, and put the string of Chili rings before taking out the pot.
Four, cumin ham slices:
1. Sliced ham, white sesame 1 spoon, Chili powder 1 spoon, half a spoonful of cumin and half a spoonful of cumin powder;
