Sabisabi Top Camp South Africa Jungle Camp is luxurious and fun.
Who says Africa is only primitive and rough? After experiencing the top jungle camps and private reserves in Sababi, South Africa, I know what is wild luxury and what is hunting Africa in a noble way. Private jets, single-family jungle villas, cool Land Rover off-road vehicles, close-range exploration of the five tyrants in Africa, and jungle meals are all worthy of its honor of ranking first in African hunting camps.

Palaces in the African jungle

I first saw the introduction of Sababi's top jungle camp hotel in a magazine. What impressed me deeply was that several tourists with cameras were sitting in a cool Land Rover open-top off-road vehicle, parked among a group of elephants, surrounded by jungle shrubs unique to Africa. It seems that elephants don't care about cars and these people at all. This scene is so unforgettable that when I plan my trip to South Africa, the first thing that comes to my mind is to find out the official website studies I have visited and save them from my computer favorites.

The flight arrived in Johannesburg, the capital of gold, in the early morning, and the excitement and slightly sweet air outside the cabin dispelled the fatigue of long-distance flight. Then, I took a small plane on the special tarmac and flew directly to Sababi's top camp and private reserve. I watched the bustling city under the wing gradually disappear, replaced by endless jungle. I know it's true this time.

Sabiding camp and reserve were established in 1979. This private reserve with an area of over 4.5 Shijiazhuang borders Kruger National Park, and animals can move freely. There are more than 200 species of African wildlife and more than 350 species of birds in the reserve. The name Sabi comes from the meaning of awe in Tsonga, South Africa. Because a long time ago, there were a lot of fierce crocodiles and hippos living in the Sabi River here. The jungle is divided into four luxury sub-camps with different styles. The theme is: yesterday, present and future. The rooms are all single-family jungle villas. The villa I live in is the theme of the future, an art land camp. The other three are Sailati Camp with colonial nostalgia style, modern African exquisite jungle camp hotel and very private small jungle camp.

My green shadow villa covers an area of 120 square meters, with thick wooden doors as the living room area and hides all over the place. A welcome letter and sherry signed by the general manager were placed on a big table, which was cut vertically from the trunk of a whole tree. Another small card wrote down the daily sunrise and sunset time and weather forecast very intimately. I poured a glass of wine and continued to visit my little world. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, and the thickened bedding is spotless and ironed straight, so you can rest assured when you look at the hygiene. Looking up, there are beautiful chandeliers and skylights that can shine in natural light. Bypassing the bedroom is an oversized bathroom with an area of 30 square meters. Bathtub, sink and sink with jungle view are all carved out of a whole stone, which is very African and artistic. After the floor-to-ceiling glass door is pushed open, there is a platform of tens of square meters outside, and another glass door in the living room is connected to the platform. There is a telescope on the small table by the pool. That's good. You can take it with you when you go to the jungle to find animals in the afternoon. Yes, it's time to enjoy.

Live audience of Discovery Channel

Sabi's hunting experience is absolutely worthy of the name, worthy of the title of the first in Africa and its high price. First of all, this tens of thousands of hectares of private reserve borders the famous Kruger National Park, and a large number of animals can move freely. Because Sabibi is a private property, it only provides exclusive services for guests staying here. There are more opportunities to see these five animals in Sabisa than in the national park, especially the African leopard in this private reserve. Richard, the jungle guide who serves us, is definitely a zoologist. They can always rely on experience and clues such as animal footprints and feces to find all kinds of wild animals for us. At the same time, every brand-new Land Rover convertible off-road vehicle is equipped with a special animal tracker. They are local cadres who have lived in the jungle for generations and have extremely keen eyes and rich experience in animal tracking. With them, I really became a live audience of Discovery Channel this time.

The jeep is powerful and carries us through the endless jungle. There is a special smell in the oncoming wind, which combines the smell of plants and earth, sweet. Experienced Richard kept in touch with other vehicles by radio in Afrikaans he didn't understand, telling them what he had found, and stopped from time to time to look at the footprints on the dirt road and say something. After several jungle expeditions, I not only saw all five kinds of animals (lions, elephants, rhinoceroses, leopards and African buffaloes), but also enjoyed these animals at incredible close range many times. I even witnessed the leopard dragging the wild boar it had just caught into a tree and gnawing it. The sound of the bone being bitten is fresh in my memory. There were many surprises along the way. We met a grumpy elephant, a female rhinoceros with a baby, an elegant giraffe, and many antelopes and zebras. The car drove to a hill with a wide view. Our guide let everyone off, spread a tablecloth on the hood, and magically arranged all kinds of delicious food and drinks. Everyone drank wine, chatted and watched the fiery sunset sink to the horizon. On the way back, it was completely dark. Land rover headlights seem to be in the jungle at two o'clock. Inadvertently looked up, I froze. The sky is full of stars, and the Milky Way is clearly visible!

Delicious, fun and enjoyable.

In addition to the wonderful animal exploration experience twice a day in the camp, three meals a day in Sabibi's top camp are cooked by famous chefs. There are plenty of South African wines, mouth-watering drinks and even two jungle wine cellars. It's really enjoyable to have a drink in the bar by the swimming pool and look at the animals under the terrace from time to time. Camp guests can also go to the unique African spa to relax. In the evening, after we came back from the exciting wildlife park, the bonfire was lit and the African dinner on the beach was about to begin. The flame in the kerosene lamp, the stars all over the sky, the clearly visible Milky Way, and all kinds of delicious food on the table covered with white tablecloths welcome us. The thin evening breeze brushed my cheeks, and I drank half the red wine before I went in.
