Singapore Lisa Noodles
Ingredients
Chicken stock 300㏄, ramen for 1 person, 5 grass shrimps, a little bean sprouts, a little enoki mushrooms, a little green vegetables , 3 fish balls, 3 fish plates, 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 dried lemon leaf, 10 grams of dried lemongrass, 1 tablespoon of chili sauce, 100 kilo of coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of curry powder, 1 small fish sauce Spoon
Method
1. Add spices to the chicken stock and simmer for 30 minutes, remove the spices and add seasonings to taste.
2. Boil another pot of water to blanch the ramen noodles, drain and place in a bowl and set aside.
3. Devein the shrimps and puree; remove the roots and wash the bean sprouts; cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and set aside.
4. Put the grass shrimp into the soup pot of Step 1 and cook, then add the fish balls, fish plates, bean sprouts, enoki mushrooms and green vegetables. After they are cooked, pour them into a noodle bowl and boil them. Eggs are enough.
