Ingredients: 500g of small intestine, chives, salt and star anise.
Practice: Wash the small intestine, put it in boiling water to remove fishy smell, then wash and cut into sections, put it in an electric pressure cooker, add water, star anise, cinnamon and ginger, and press for 40 minutes. Open the stewed small intestine, add some salt, cook it again and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
2. Stewed small intestine soup with green bristlegrass
Ingredients: 50g of green bristlegrass, 40g of gentleman, 300g of small intestine, rice wine 1 bottle, 3000㏄ of water.
Wash the green bristlegrass and gentleman, and wash the small intestine and cut it into sections for later use; Boil Setaria viridis, Fructus quisqualis and water with high fire until boiling, then simmer for 30 minutes, filter, add small intestine and rice wine and cook for 30 minutes until the small intestine is crisp and rotten.
