I'll wash the potatoes first, peel them with a peeling knife, then wash them again and cut them into pieces.
I cut it badly, some fine and some thick. My mother said, "as soon as you learn to cut well, you have to practice." Be careful not to cut your hand. First cut the potatoes in half, and put the flat side on the chopping block, so that the potatoes won't run around. Then slowly cut one by one, and it will be cut evenly. " I did what my mother said. It was really good.
3. The third part.
I put the cut potatoes on the plate, then sliced the washed meat, cut chopped green onion and coriander, and prepared to stir-fry Turn on the gas stove, adjust the fire and pour the right amount of oil into the pot. After the oil is boiled, put the meat in and fry for a while, then put the potatoes in and fry, add a little aniseed powder, it will be cooked in about five or six minutes, and add a little salt and chopped green onion coriander.
Finally, pick up the pot and put it on the plate. Mom and dad were attracted by the smell of the food I cooked. My mother tasted it and kept saying, "It smells good!" Don't mention how happy you are. Only when you learn to be grateful to your parents from an early age can you repay your parents and society when you grow up. I am determined to cook for my parents often in the future, and I will also help them do something within my power.
