How to use rivet gun
1. Before starting work, inject a small amount of lubricating oil from the air inlet to ensure the working performance and service life of the rivet gun.
2. Maintain the specified intake pressure. If the intake pressure is too small, the power of the riveting hammer will be reduced, which will not only lead to low riveting efficiency, but also lead to cracking of the rivet head due to too many hammering times.
3. After the rivet is tightened on the punch, press the button. Otherwise, the piston moves back and forth, which will consume some energy, and the piston will hit the shell and damage the rivet gun.
4. Connect the punch with the gun body firmly with the protection spring to prevent the punch from flying out to hurt people or things.
5. Hold the handle with your right hand and press the button with your index finger to start the rivet gun. You can use the button to adjust the compressed air to ensure that the rivet gun works smoothly. At the beginning of riveting, because the rivet rod is long, the gap between the rivet rod and the rivet hole is large, and the rivet rod is easy to bend when hammering. So press the button lightly to make the rivet gun less powerful. When the riveting rod fills the riveting hole, press it again to increase the riveting force and make the pier head quickly form. When the pier head is close to completion, gradually loosen the button to prevent the pier head from being hit too low.
6. The tail of the punch should be prepared according to different rivet gun models, and cannot be used in series to avoid damaging parts and reducing efficiency.
