Practice of glutinous rice bacon balls
Ingredients: 2 kg of glutinous rice, 1-2 pieces of bacon, 20 shallots, 2 pieces of ginger and 2 eggs.
Exercise:
1. After soaking the glutinous rice in warm water for two hours, steam it in a cage for forty minutes.
2. Let the glutinous rice cool for a while, and when you feel the temperature, beat in two eggs.
3. Dice the bacon after cooking, cut the onion into sections, and peel and dice the ginger.
4. Pour all the cooked glutinous rice, add pepper noodles and salt appropriately, and mix well according to your own taste. (After mixing well, you can dig a little and put it in the microwave oven for 30 seconds to taste. )
5. Wet your hands with water first, and then knead about half of them into a ball.
6. Steam for 5 to 10 minutes.
