Everything is under a hill in the middle of the four winds Valley map. Many pandaren NPCs.
The formula no longer needs daily brands, but can be found in npc as long as it reaches the corresponding specialization level.
Cooking is still daily, and the brands you get can be replaced with spatulas (props that can be equipped without special effects) and ingredients.
I am playing internal testing, and the above information is my own experience. The key is to learn the formula directly, and daily brands buy ingredients without buying formulas.
