How to make Xinjiang celery fried noodles?
Slice celery, shred scallion, shred tomato, slice minced garlic and beef.
Salted beef: cooking wine, black pepper, soy sauce and starch for 30 minutes.
The noodles I use are pot-shaped noodles, and the strips are cooked and cut into sections. This is more authentic.
It is best to eat when there is a lot of oil. Stir-fry the meat, add dried peppers and onions, stir-fry celery and some salt, add tomatoes to taste, and then pour in the meat. If you feel light, you can add some light soy sauce to adjust the color.
Add chopped flour, stir fry, and sprinkle a handful of minced garlic out of the pan.
