Wash the chopped ribs and boil them in a cold water pot to control the moisture. Add ribs, 3 slices of ginger, two or three star anises and a little pepper to the casserole. Pour appropriate amount of boiling water and stew for about half an hour. When it's almost ready, cook tofu for five minutes and season with salted chicken essence. Sprinkle some chopped green onion when cooking!
