2. In the options on the left side of the logged-in personal WeChat official account page, we will find an option of "customer service function" and click it with the mouse.

3. Then on the right side of "Customer Service Function", you will find an option of "Add Customer Service", and click it with the mouse.

4. Edit customer service content, enter customer service nickname, upload customer service photos, and then click "Next" below.

5. This increases the customer service function of WeChat official account, and users will find this customer service function when browsing WeChat official account.
