Wash the red beans and put them in a pressure cooker. Add 3 bowls of water and press for 30 minutes.

Add 1 bowl of half water to the water chestnut powder, and stir it into a particle-free slurry.

After the red beans are pressed, drain the water for later use. Add rock sugar to red bean water and turn off the fire. Put two tablespoons (about half a bowl of paste) of the paste stirred in the last step into the red soybean milk and stir it evenly, then immediately pour it back into the remaining paste, stirring while stirring.
