Production method:

2. Operation: Put the picked and washed fresh eggs into the tank slowly, so that all the eggs are immersed in the feed liquid and do not float. After 5 ~ 10 days, the egg white begins to solidify. Don't move at this time, so as not to affect the solidification. After about 35 days of maturity, the eggs will be subjected to the chemical action of the feed liquid, and gradually loose patterns will appear. The mature eggshells will be full and brittle, and then the cans can be lifted.

Yichun Xiabu has always been famous all over the country for being "soft and smooth, as flat as a water mirror and as light as a sponge". At the end of the 20th century, Japan, South Korea and other countries first opened up new uses of summer cloth. They processed summer cloth into handicrafts and sold them all over the world. Therefore, the production of summer cloth in Yichun flourished again. Shitang Village, Sanyang Town, Yuanzhou District is a typical professional village in Xiabu. Hand-knitting summer cloth is a long process, which requires enough patience and care.
