Production method:

After about 35 days of maturity, the eggs will be subjected to the chemical action of the feed liquid, and gradually loose patterns will appear. The mature eggshells will be full and brittle, and then the cans can be lifted.

Yichun hand-woven summer cloth began in the Tang and Song Dynasties, and has a history of thousands of years, which has a wide influence, and its skills have spread to Xinyu, Pingxiang and Hunan. Yichun Xiabu has always been famous all over the country for being "soft and smooth, as flat as a water mirror and as light as a sponge". At the end of the 20th century, Japan, South Korea and other countries first opened up new uses of summer cloth. They processed summer cloth into handicrafts and sold them all over the world. Therefore, the production of summer cloth in Yichun flourished again. Shitang Village, Sanyang Town, Yuanzhou District is a typical professional village in Xiabu. Hand-knitting summer cloth is a long process, which requires enough patience and care. It takes at least 2 days from drawing, threading, carding, sizing to textile forming, and men need to handle each thin thread manually.
