Ingredients: 3 loofah, minced garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and salt.
Exercise:
1. Boil water in a pot, peel and wash the loofah, and cut it into strips or slices;
2. After the water is boiled, blanch the towel gourd, put it in cold water, let it cool, take it out and drain it;
3. Add minced garlic, a little soy sauce, vinegar and salt, stir, and then drop a few drops of sesame oil.
Cooking guide:

Ingredients: tender towel gourd, fungus, oil, garlic juice, salt, sugar, sesame oil and a little vinegar.
Cold dish practice:
1. Slice the tender loofah (if you can't cook it immediately after cutting, soak it in cold water first to avoid blackening) and slice the soaked auricularia;
2. Put a small amount of salt and oil into boiling water, first blanch the loofah, take it out and soak it in cold water, then blanch the auricularia auricula and cool it in cold water;

Luffa can also be squeezed into juice to improve the therapeutic effect. For example, take a proper amount of raw loofah, wash it and juice it, and mix it with honey according to the ratio of 10: 1, which has the effect of clearing away heat, relieving cough and resolving phlegm.
