Ingredients
Two duck legs, one potato, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt, half a spoon of sugar, about 5 slices of ginger, a little green onion, 3 star anise , 1 dried chili, appropriate amount of water or beer
Method
1. Chop the duck legs into pieces and cut the potatoes into pieces
2. Heat oil in the pot Heat up, add the duck pieces, stir-fry until oil comes out, add seasonings (dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, ginger slices, green onions, star anise, dried chilies) and continue to stir-fry until browned. Add water or beer to cover the duck pieces. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to medium to low. Simmer for 40 minutes until the meat is tender, add potato pieces and continue to simmer until the potatoes are cooked, reduce the juice over high heat and serve on a plate
