Practice: ① unhairing ducks, eviscerating them, soaking them in hot water, and cleaning blood stains. (2) Wash Dendrocalamus latiflorus, put it into the pot together with seahorse and water duck, add 2 times of water according to the required amount of soup, and then put it into the pot for stewing. (3) Simmer with low fire for more than 1 hour, until the hemp bamboo changes from granular to straight juice, and then it can be eaten in pot.
Features: the soup is yellow and white, slightly thick, pure and fragrant, sweet and delicious, and the duck meat is greasy and refreshing.
