1. Peel and core lotus seeds, add warm water and steam until soft. Soak longan in warm water for about 5 minutes. Peel the pineapple and cut into pieces.
2. Put the rock sugar into the pot, add water, and turn off the fire after the rock sugar melts. Filter the sugar residue with a sieve, then pour the crystal sugar water back into the pot, add green beans, cherries, longan pulp and pineapple, and bring to a boil over high fire.
3. Drain the steamed lotus seeds, put them into a big soup bowl, then pour the cooked rock sugar and ingredients into the soup bowl, and the lotus seeds will float on it.
Cooking skills:
1. When washing lotus seeds, add some warm water and soda ash.
