Exercise:

Fried shredded pork with sweet and sour sauce
Ingredients: lean pork, water-borne fungus, water-borne bamboo shoots.
Seasoning: soy sauce, sugar, Jiang Mo, minced garlic, salt, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, starch, pickled pepper sauce, cooking wine and chopped green onion.
Exercise:
1. Shred pork (cross section 0.5cm square), season with salt and cooking wine, and then mix well with water starch.
2. Wash and shred agaric, shred bamboo shoots, blanch with boiling water and drain.
3. Take a bowl of water, add soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, water starch and a little water to make a fragrant juice.
4. Homemade eggplant
Ingredients: eggplant, leek
Seasoning: minced garlic, salt, soy sauce and sugar.
Exercise:
1. Remove the pedicle of eggplant, peel it, cut it into small pieces, soak it in clear water for 5 minutes, then take it out and drain it; Wash leeks and cut into small pieces.
