Raw materials: fermented bean curd (smelly) 150g pork (fat and thin) 200g.
75 grams of eggs.
Vegetable oil 500g salt 2g cooking wine 3g starch (pea) 10g.
Features: tender outside and fragrant inside.
Exercise: 1 Wash stinky tofu, wash pork belly and cut it into thick slices similar to stinky tofu, put it in a bowl, add cooking wine, salt, eggs and starch and mix well for sizing.
