Watch the menu, dear. Illustrator's "effect menu" is divided into two parts, one is the effect of the top illstrator, and the other is the effect of the bottom photoshop. The former's "Stylization" submenu has other options, while the latter's "Stylization" has only one "Lighting the Edge".
