Wash the duck, cook it in cold water and pick it up.
Second step
Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, add duck meat, cut into small squares of sour radish (sour radish needs to be washed with water to avoid being too salty when cooking soup) and ten pieces of pepper. After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for about 2 hours.
