Article 2 The elderly who have registered in this Municipality, have reached the age of 80 and above, and retirees of troops stationed in Han who meet the age requirements shall enjoy the treatment of old age allowance.

Article 3 The elderly aged 80 to 89 shall enjoy the old age allowance of 100 yuan per person per month; Elderly people aged 90 to 99 enjoy 200 yuan Old Age Allowance per person per month; /kloc-Old people aged 0/00 or above can receive 500 yuan Old Age Allowance every month. The level of old age allowance is adjusted according to the economic development level and financial affordability of this Municipality.
