Frog, as a delicious food, especially in hot pot, is irresistible for its fresh meat and unique flavor. But if you want to taste this delicious food, the first task is to clean the frog. Step 1: Choose fresh frogs.

Step 2: Wash the frog.

Viscerating: first put the frog into the basin and rinse it with clear water. Then cut the frog's abdomen with scissors or a knife and take out the internal organs (including intestine, stomach and liver). Be careful not to cut the gallbladder to avoid bitterness.
