How to make Fuqing sweet potato balls:

Preparation materials: sweet potato, glutinous rice flour, sugar, rapeseed oil

Steps:

1. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, put them in a pot and cook them with water.

2. After cooking, take it out, put it in a basin, and crush the cooked sweet potatoes with a spoon.

3. Add sugar to the basin and stir evenly.

4. Add glutinous rice flour and appropriate amount of water and mix into a non-sticky dough.

5. Knead the dough into small balls of about 10g.

6. Add rapeseed oil to the pot, do not pour too much. Just cover more than half of the meatballs, but not all of them. After the oil is hot, add the meatballs and fry them.

7. Fry until the surface is brown. When frying, be sure to turn over and don't over-fry one side.

8. Display of finished products.
