2. Column content
1. First, the collection and selection of healthy Chinese recipes will be launched. The activity collects healthy recipes from across the country and selects the best healthy recipes for popularization and promotion. Select featured works to be broadcast on CCTV's cooperative columns and relevant local TV stations (one episode per week)
2. The column team will film and produce outstanding dishes into CD-ROM materials. There are four CDs in a set (divided into four episodes: spring, summer, autumn and winter), with up to 24 dishes (corresponding to the twenty-four seasonal climates). Let our works achieve the goal of "timely, seasonal, hard and healthy".
3. The first issue of this column will be distributed to 1 million sets at home and abroad; it will be published by China Scientific Audio-Video Press, and China Publishing Group will be responsible for distribution at home and abroad.
4. Special columns: During the first release period, the column team will produce special columns; they will visit 100 centenarians to collect their daily diet recipes, compile them into information, and record the program.
