Exercise 1. Boil the pickled pork in clear water, then take it out and keep the soup; Cut the shallots into sections;
2. Cut the bacon and tofu into pieces 1.5CM square, put them in a wok, add bacon soup, and boil them over high fire;
3. After boiling, simmer with low fire. After the tofu floats, add chives and lard.
There is no need to add salt because bacon itself has salty taste.
