There are many ways of home cooking: fried fish, fried pork chops, braised pig's trotters with soybeans, roasted oysters and steamed fish.
1. fry fish: cool the oil in a hot pan, then sprinkle some salt in the pan, and then fry the fish in the pan until both sides are golden.
