Step 1: Stir pepper, Jiang Mo and garlic in a bowl, as shown below:
Step 2: Heat oil in the pan, add garlic and pepper and stir-fry in Jiang Mo, as shown in the following figure:
Step 3: Add chopped green onion and millet pepper, as shown below:
Step 4, then add Chili oil and Chili granules and stir-fry until fragrant, as shown in the following figure:
Step 5: Add clams and stir-fry until the mouth is open, as shown below:
Step 6: Finally, stir fry evenly and plate, as shown below:
