Ingredients: 200g sticky (japonica) rice flour, 40g glutinous rice flour, water120ml.

Very delicious "top cake" method

Mix the sticky rice flour and glutinous rice flour we prepared.

Then we add water, stirring while adding it, until all these categories become small balls, and then hold them in our hands and they will spread out, so that the noodles are made up.

Then gently wipe off these balls with your hands.

Then we continue to screen the powder with water again.

Then we will find a mold and apply a thin layer of oil on the edge to prevent sticking.

Then we take a part of the sieved powder and fill it in the mold. Remember not to compact the base powder.

Then we put a layer of peanuts and sesame seeds on it.
