How to make chrysanthemum jiaozi?
Wash Chrysanthemum morifolium, control the moisture, and cut into small pieces.
Add appropriate amount of onion, ginger, soy sauce and oyster sauce into the meat stuffing and stir well for later use.
Cut the chrysanthemum into sections, pour in peanut oil and stir well. (This will seal the moisture in the chrysanthemum)
Pour the meat and vegetables together, add sesame oil and salt and mix well.
The stirred stuffing is placed on the dumpling skin, folded in half on both sides, compacted and packaged into jiaozi.
