The production of vermicelli has a history of more than 300 years. 1860, Zhaoyuan vermicelli is a kind of foreign vermicelli to distinguish the messy powder, which was changed from Yantai to Longkou packaging and shipped abroad, and was also called "Longkou vermicelli". The production of Zhaoyuan vermicelli began in the 1990s, and gradually changed from village workshop production to large-scale factory production, and the output and quality have been significantly improved. Zhangxing Town, Zhaoyuan City is known as "the hometown of silver silk and the first town in the world" because of its numerous fan enterprises.

1967 introduced fuji apple scions for grafting in Zhaoyuan, 198 1 adopted high-magnification propagation technology for rapid seedling raising. By 1988, the city had developed 65,438+10,000 mu of red Fuji apples, becoming the county and city with the largest area and the highest yield in China at that time. After 1994, at the first, second and third agricultural fairs in China, the red Fuji apples of Lu Guan, Zhaoyuan and Guanfu brands produced by Zhaoyuan successively won gold medals. 1April, 1995, Zhaoyuan City was named "China Red Fuji Apple Town" by the Organizing Committee of China Specialty Town.

Zhaoyuan city is rich in stone resources, mainly distributed in the northern Songjia area. Only granite reserves are 65.438+0.33 billion cubic meters, and the mining area is 22.8 square kilometers. It is known as the "hometown of stones". There are 20 stone yards 120 and 805 plate processing households in the town, with an annual stone mining capacity of150,000 cubic meters, a plate processing capacity of 5 million square meters and a stone product processing capacity of 200,000 square meters.
