When I was in college, I went to the store near the station to eat a bowl of old tofu before I left. Every time I come back, I have to go to that shop to eat a bowl of old tofu. That's the smell of hometown. There are also old tofu sellers in universities, but the taste is not as authentic as home. The tofu in my hometown is delicate, and the marinade is fragrant but not greasy. It's best to serve it with old cotton oil. Pepper is also a necessary seasoning for many people. I don't like spicy food. I never put pepper in it. Shops with good business sell hundreds of bowls of tofu every day, with an average of one egg per bowl, and hundreds of eggs and biscuits. Shopkeepers and shop assistants must get up early and be busy. So most shops only sell old tofu in the morning and at noon. Some of them are open 24 hours a day. Generally, there are shops with guests all night near stations and factories.
