Dinner: No, I'm in a bad mood and don't want to eat.

No exercise today.

Seventh day

Breakfast: 600 ml blueberry avocado milkshake

Chinese food: a piece of fat and thin food, kasu cake, laver and egg soup.

Dinner: Tofu roll (stir-fried cabbage, stir-fried bitter gourd, minced bean sprouts, a small amount of various sauces, shredded onion and a piece of tofu skin), a bowl of tomato and egg soup.

No exercise today.

Weight: 47.90 kg

Fat and moist is mainly used for meal replacement, which makes you feel full.
