There was only coarse wheat flour at home, so she put the flour in the pot and fried it, and it smelled delicious. The dragon king in the sky was attracted by the fragrance as soon as he came out. Looking for it all morning, I couldn't find where the fragrance came from, so God told the Jade Emperor. The Jade Emperor knew it was Gu Shan who did it, and he was greedy. He immediately called He to heaven to give him fried noodles to eat. Why do you fry noodles for the Four Seas Dragon King on June 6th every year, so that they are so happy that they forget the rain in the competition? In this way, the flood on June 6 was cleared, and Huai 'an was no longer flooded. In memory of her, on June 6th, Huai 'an and Lianyungang all had the custom of eating fried noodles.
