Why do you want to eat fried noodles on June 6?
In our country, every family eats fried noodles to celebrate the festival on June 6 every year. This custom is related to the Dragon King. Legend has it that a long time ago, the sea was not far from the East Gate of Huai 'an. Every year in June of the lunar calendar, the Four Seas Dragon King plays in the Yellow River estuary. On the sixth day of the sixth lunar month, there are clouds and rains, and the people suffer. The Yellow River collapses every year, and countless people die in the water. At that time, there was a Qingshui pond in the east of Suzui Street, and there was a he jia zhuang by the pond. There was a girl named He in the village. On June 6 this year, the man went to the embankment again, and the woman cooked at home. She thought, I should bring some delicious food to the men. It won't go bad. There was only coarse wheat flour at home, so she put the flour in the pot and fried it, and it smelled delicious. The dragon king in the sky was attracted by the fragrance as soon as he came out. Looking for it all morning, I couldn't find where the fragrance came from, so God told the Jade Emperor. The Jade Emperor knew it was Gu Shan who did it, and he was greedy. He immediately called He to heaven to give him fried noodles to eat. Why do you fry noodles for the Four Seas Dragon King on June 6th every year, so that they are so happy that they forget the rain in the competition? In this way, the flood on June 6 was cleared, and Huai 'an was no longer flooded. In memory of her, on June 6th, Huai 'an and Lianyungang all had the custom of eating fried noodles.
