Stir-fried tofu with cabbage
[Ingredients]
70g tofu, 120g baby cabbage or Chinese cabbage, 2 red peppers, 2 green onions, 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce, a few drops of light soy sauce, a little salt and a little pepper.
After all the materials are prepared, if the tofu is very large, it needs to be cut into 2 pieces, but the small ones do not need to be cut. 1. Cut the cabbage into sections with a kitchen knife, or tear it into large pieces by hand.
2. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat until it is 60% hot. Add chopped green onion and red pepper and stir-fry for ten seconds until fragrant.
3. Pour the white part of the Chinese cabbage into the pot and stir-fry, then add the remaining leaves.
4. Add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, stir-fry until the flavor is evenly colored. Then add a ladle of stock. If there is no soup, use water instead.
5. Pour in the tofu and stir-fry. When the tofu is completely absorbed into the soup, sprinkle with pepper and turn off the heat.
A bowl of stir-fried tofu with cabbage is really delicious when you have no appetite. The meat tastes better than that!

Yong tofu puffs
1. Prepare tofu puffs and meat filling. Rinse the tofu bubbles with water. The meat fillings are divided into fat and thin portions.
2. Add salt, half a spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of oyster sauce and green onions to the meat, and stir evenly.
3. Take out a bean bubble and cut a small opening.
4. Fill with meat.

6. After everything is brewed, boil the oil in the pot, which is exactly the amount of oil you usually use for cooking. Fry the open side of the tofu puffs downward slightly.

How to soak tomatoes and tofu in juice
