What South Indian dishes are delicious but little known?
There are many such recipes, but I want to recommend my favorite one. It's delicious, but not very famous.

Word Aloo Cheela

Aloo Cheela is an Indian version of potato pancakes. This dish only needs potatoes and cereal powder.

Mix the chopped potatoes with bay flour and add spices to make your pancakes. It's delicious.

Preparation time: 10 min Cooking time: 10- 15 min Total time: 20-25 min Ingredients: 5 pancakes, 3 medium-sized potatoes, ground -4 tablespoons Besan-14 tablespoons ajwain-3/4 tablespoons parsley.

Step 1: Grind the potatoes.

Step 2: Soak potato chips in water 1 min.

Step 3: Squeeze the water out of the potato and put it in another container.

Step 4: add Bessan, ajwain, coriander, turmeric, red pepper powder, Indian spice powder, Indian pepper powder and salt into the ground potato, and mix. If green peppers are added, be careful when adding red pepper powder. You need to balance the spicy taste. If it feels too dry, add some water and stir it.

Step 5: When the mixture is ready, add oil to the pot. Spread the mixture on the pot with a spoon. Because the batter is thick, it needs to be spread evenly. Sprinkle some oil on the edge.

Step 6: Turn over and let the other side fry. Also, sprinkle some oil on the edges.

Now the potato pancakes are ready. It can be served with yogurt or ketchup.

point out

1. If you add green pepper and red pepper powder at the same time, you should find a balance between them to adjust the spicy taste.

You can even use butter or ghee instead of oil.

Cook with medium fire, not with big fire. You can also cover it when cooking in the pot.

4. You can also make it with broken potatoes (not scallops). Add spices to the ground potatoes and cook. Even these pancakes are delicious.

5. Add grated cheese to prepare aloe cheese pancakes.

So be sure to try it and let me know how it tastes.
