1 bought three vermicelli.

Exercise 2

1. Choose authentic sweet potato vermicelli and soak it in cold water for 24 hours in advance. If time is not enough, it will not only affect the taste, but also easily deteriorate.

2. This kind of seasoning vermicelli needs to be cooked quickly, so the juice needs to be mixed in advance. Add two spoonfuls of sugar, a quarter of chicken essence, five spoonfuls of cooking wine, one spoonful of semi-cooked soy sauce and half a spoonful of light soy sauce to the bowl, wherein the ratio of cooking wine, vinegar and sugar is 5: 3: 2.

3. Put the soaked vermicelli into the pot and soak it in boiling water. When it becomes transparent, you can remove water and control it. Don't wait for the pot to boil, or the vermicelli will break easily when cooked.

4. Put the oil pan in the pan, add the pork belly and stir-fry the oil, add the sliced pepper, onion and garlic and stir-fry until the sauce is cooked, and stir-fry evenly over high fire.

5. After the juice is naturally squeezed out, add the vermicelli and stir-fry evenly, and then add the parsley section. Because the vinegar added before has evaporated a little, add a little old vinegar and a little pepper oil before cooking, and stir well.
