Juese barbecue kebab
Ingredients: 300g pork, 30ml ginger, 30ml beer, egg 1, 80g barbecue sauce and 5g barbecue powder1.
Exercise:
1. Remove fascia from pork, cut into large strips, and wash blood with running water for later use.
2. Marinate pork with egg white and beer for 30 minutes.
3. Add 70g barbecue sauce, 10g barbecue powder and ginger slices to the meat and massage evenly10min.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 12 hours.
5. Soak the bamboo stick in boiling water for 30 minutes.
6. String the meat strips on the bamboo stick, and wrap the head and tail of the bamboo stick with tin foil.
7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, brush the gravy in the bowl on the mutton string, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
8. Stir the remaining barbecue sauce with sesame oil, take out the kebabs that have been roasted for 15 minutes, sprinkle the remaining barbecue powder, brush the prepared barbecue sauce on the surface of the kebabs, and bake them in the oven for 2 minutes.
Ziranla roasted wing
Ingredients: chicken wings, cumin powder, cumin granules, Chili powder, barbecue sauce, honey and bamboo sticks.
Practice: Wash the chicken wings, dry the water with a kitchen paper towel, and cut a few times on both sides with a knife.
2. Put the chicken wings into a deep bowl, and add the right amount of cumin powder, cumin granules and Chili powder.
3. Add a proper amount of barbecue sauce and honey to marinate for more than 20 minutes.
4. While pickling the chicken wings, wash the bamboo sticks and soak them in water.
5. Marinate the chicken wings in the middle, take them out and turn them over to make them taste even.
6. Take out the pickled chicken wings, put them on with two bamboo sticks, sprinkle some cumin grains, put them in the oven, and bake them at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) 15-25 minutes until the chicken wings are oily and golden in color.
