"Shrimp Pepper", also known as "Shrimp Pepper" and "Zunyi Pepper", refers to peppers produced in Zunyi County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, and is named after the main producing area is located in Shrimp Town and surrounding towns. One of the varieties, "Pepper and Shrimp in the Sky", combines the advantages of peppers from all over Guizhou and the essence of soil, water quality and sunshine in northern Guizhou. It is famous at home and abroad for its uniformity, fullness, thick meat, bright red oil and spicy taste. 1999 was awarded as "Famous Pepper in Guizhou Province", and in 20001year, it won the gold medal in the International Agricultural Expo.
