ERCP (coded retrograde cholangiopancreatography) is the initials of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. It is a technique of retrograde cholangiopancreatography by injecting imaging agent through duodenal papilla intubation under endoscope, which has the advantages of no operation, less trauma and short hospitalization time. This method clearly and intuitively shows the pathological changes of pancreaticobiliary duct.

At present, biopsy has become an important means to diagnose pancreaticobiliary diseases.

Postoperative care:

4-6 hours after operation, you can eat high-fat semi-liquid food for 2-3 days;

Pancreatitis and serum amylase may appear after angiography, so we should pay attention to observe whether there are abdominal pain and gastrointestinal symptoms.

When pancreaticobiliary duct is diseased, it is easy to cause secondary infection. If necessary, antibiotics should be used 3-7 days after operation.

If there is any contrast agent residue, you should go to the radiology department 3-4 hours after operation to observe the excretion of cholangiopancreatography.
